Brianna holds a BS in Business Administration with a certificate in Human Resource Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Prior to NICE, Lauren has held senior-level global marketing positions at VoltDelta, Process Software, Compaq (now HP), Bay Networks (now Nortel) and CrossComm.
