Lisa began her career in contact centers over twenty years ago, as a call center agent. She moved into training and contact center management, using various tools for coaching and quality management. Lisa later worked as a WFM Manager, which led her five years ago, to the vendor side, working as an Implementation Manager and Pre-Sales consultant for Monet Software. Since Verint’s acquisition of Monet, Lisa is now bringing her extensive contact center background to Solution Sales, assisting customers with finding the right WFO solution for their business.
