Fresh Relevance appoints first Vice President Customer
Fresh Relevance, the versatile personalization and decision engine, today announced the appointment of Huriyyah Dhanse to the role of Vice President Customer. Dhanse leads the newly formed customer department, which supports more than 500 websites around the world using the Fresh Relevance platform.
Holding previous roles at IBM Silverpop and Lyris, Dhanse has over a decade of digital marketing experience and joined Fresh Relevance in 2015. As Head of Account Management, she has been instrumental in helping the company achieve its impressive growth and an enviable 98% customer retention rate. In the new role, Dhanse is responsible for the customer department that aligns the company’s expanding support, services, customer success and account management teams in the UK and US into a single entity, focused on helping brands achieve and exceed their commercial objectives.
