Tim brings over 20 years of contact center experience to the table, and now helps companies explore the future of work by enabling emergent systems to improve employees’ wellbeing and productivity. With a focus on flexibility, distributed and decentralized operating models, Tim is helping the customer experience industry reframe ways to build engagement, resilience, and connections to the workplace.

Tim is a well-respected solutions consultant expert and an active member of the customer experience industry. Prior to joining Verint, Tim was the Chief Customer Officer and Cofounder of Attune flexible scheduling solutions. He has held a variety of Senior Leadership and consultative roles including Associate Management Consultant at Purpose at Work and the Director of Workplace Innovation at IAG. Tim serves on several industry boards, and he is known as a transformative change agent that gives back to the industry for improved innovation.
